My name is Danilen Nursigadoo. I'm a Senior Systemic Psychotherapist based in Blackheath Village, SE London. I have spent over 16 years working with individuals, couples, and families, including six years at the Maudsley Hospital Eating Disorders Service, one of the world's leading centres for eating disorder treatment.

I work with couples and families facing some of life's most complex challenges: eating disorders, neurodiversity, and the aftermath of infidelity. These are not situations that respond to generic approaches. They need a therapist who truly understands the terrain.

Neurodiversity
Relationships where neurodiversity is part of the picture have their own strengths, and their own specific challenges. I work with individuals, couples and families where one or more members have autism or ADHD, helping people understand the unique ways in which neurodiversity affects relationships.

Couples & Infidelity
Discovering an affair, or telling your partner about one, can shatter everything. It takes more than time to decide to rebuild or separate. I offer a non-judgemental space for people to explore what happened, and decide what comes next.

Eating Disorders
When you, or someone you love has an eating disorder, the whole family is affected. I bring six years of Maudsley Hospital experience to help individuals, couples and families navigate recovery together without blame, and without anyone having to carry it alone.

Systemic Therapy

Rather than seeing one person as the problem, systemic therapy looks at relationships, patterns, and context and helps families and couples change how they move through the world together.

Individual Therapy
£120 per 50 min session
Specialist therapy that offers a confidential space to address needs related to eating disorders, autism, ADHD and relationship difficulties.
Couples Therapy
£160 per 50 min session
For partners working through communication difficulties, infidelity, or relationship breakdown. Both partners attend together. I can help with communication, parenting, and infidelity related difficulties.
Family Therapy
£160 per 50 min session
Family therapy helps all members have a voice, gain clarity, and better meet the needs of each other. Together, find greater understanding and shared purpose within your family unit.
